To my friends at C-Bid, may your Holiday's be happy and healthy. I wish you all the best in the New Year. (To my Jewish cigar friends, sorry I'm a little late) May your year at C-bid contain not one thread regarding over bidders. (Looks like one jackass squeaked on in today! PGTour00?? Looks like you sliced that one off the tee buddy)

Had a real good cigar the other day while traveling in Detroit. Carlos Turano Exodus something or other. Very well made, oily texture, thick smoke and creamy flavor. Not too strong but heavy enough to be considered a powerhouse contender. I spent an hour on it, burned even, little hot just past the half way mark but ok. I was real impressed. For the money a damn good stick. I recommend it.

Spent some time getting caught up on the posts here. You guys crack me up. Is Slim ok? Last time I posted here, I think I really got to him. You have to appreciate this guy’s passion, or lunacy, one or the other. Slim, JK I appreciated your effort. Looks like e-chick is back for the 32nd time. Just when the ink dries on her farewell speech she shows up again. Welcome back, again. Must be a west coast thing.

So what else is new?

New York, New Jersey, New Mexico, and New Hanpshire ... but I think that like New and Improved Tide, they aren't REALLY new, they just say that about 'em ...

Happy Holidays to you too, Wany ... drop around more often

wanyburger,

Happy Holidays to you also. Don't see you around here much. I think it was cliffie that was asking about you here just the other day, you must have had your radar on. Did you catch the Slim/Echick rassling match on HBO?

We were reminiscing on the "HOW LONG HAVE YOU POSTED HERE" thread and I revived a couple of old threads, from back in early 2000. Back then, the real dead-horse issue was Lars Tetens cigars. And there was the joke thread about "price-per-puff".
