Here's the pic that I was too ashamed to post, but did anyway...

...see my 'when to toss a cigar' thread on the cigar board for info...

I can hear the laughter now...it was a gift from JReddoch way back when and was a bit dry...then I let it get even drier and THEN rehydrated...I picked it up and KA-BOOM!!!

WOW!!! I guess there's no cutting above the split on this one!! Time to toss it, there's no help for that baby. Chalk it up to experience E... Too dry too fast, too wet too fast = "KABOOM"

Next to my deck, I often toss butt's in the mulch. There are cigar butts that have been outside for months that held up better than that cigar.

Course you could always use alcohol to clean out the "small" pipe that you still have from your younger years and then try smoking a legal substance in it.

I had some cigars get damaged in my boat on a rough day on the lake once. I just peeled the wrappers and smoked them anyway, heck I was Fishing, I didn't miss them a bit!
