It's new to me,but I haven't been here much.What is that little red thing in the square box next to the bidders' name,where Auto-Bid appears when used?

I think I know what you mean. Sometimes in my browser, the autobid icon doesn't come up, and instead IE put's it's little red-x there since for whatever reason it can't find the image. However it's such a small image space, you can't see the whole thing.
