Naturals in my humi

I just ordered some naturals for the first time. Is it safe to keep them in my humidor or are they like the acids and will ruin the other cigars in there... should I just keep them seperate?

I would definitely keep them seperate. In fact I have a humidor for Acid's, one for Naturals and one for all others. I guess it just depends on your personal preference.

They're not nearly as aromatic as the Acids, but I'd still keep 'em separate.

In a previous thread I had mentioned that I purchased a box of Acid’s Def Sea. I made a newbie mistake of putting them in my humidor. Well it made all my other cigars taste “bitter” for lack of a better word, not to mention stink up humidor. I’m in the process now of smoking out my Humidor I have about 100 +/- to go. I only have two of those Acids left thank God, and as I get fewer and fewer of them the bitter taste in the rest of my cigars seems to dissipate a bit, especially in the ones that are wrapped, but there is still a slight lingering taste that shouldn't be. When my Humidor is mostly smoked out do I just leave it and over time it will be back to “normal” or should I do something else?

I have thrown the naturals in my big 'dor and not noticed much of a difference in the other smokes. Their potent odor calms down quite a bit with some time.

I keep the real stenchy ones in my 'acidor'

Nice Offspring reference Mr Mean.

Naturals are nothing like Acids. I have my naturals in my humidor with other cigars and have noticed no difference. I would NOT but the naturals with the acids under any circumstances as it would have the same effect as putting acids with your regular cigars.

Seriously, they say "natural", but IMFO there's nothing natural about them. Fine if you like them, but I do believe they would infect other cigars kept in the same humi.

I keep an Acidor like mentioned above. I also keep my naturals in with my other gars and have noticed no ill effects. Send me those bitter cigars though and I will smoke em for you.
