Ok, I've seen this guy on many of the picture posts. Just wondering if anyone can give me a history behind it. Where did this bizarre custom come from>

He is an actual clown the resides in Springfield IL and has become the "mascot" for some of us smokers. I believe Hog has more specifics.

Hubcap has been around here for as long as I can recall... he is a Real Person as far as I know and supposidly lives in the same town as I... but I have sent him emails in the past and tried to hook up and herf with him on different Occasions but to no Avail has he responded back... what I do understand on hubcap is he is a Shriner and also I have his web site somewhere's in a collection of web sites.. I will try and dig it up... but for the past 3 yrs or more now.. you are not traditionaly a member of the pic post until you have been Hubcapped LMAO!!! I think its a great tradition!!!

you can do a search and put in Hubcap... that should bring up all the past and current hubcap sitings LoL

OK OK I Located His Site... as I stated before he is a Shriner and works with the Kids and such.. I hope he doesn't get upset with me posting this here.. but if you all are really interested I am sure you can sign his guest book and even email him and possibly join in helping the Kids as well... here's the site

I have been on this site for a few years (along with a couple of other sites) and Hupcap is the reason I have never posted a picture- LOL. No, really. It has nothing to do with me being technologically impaired.

OK, I admit it. Serial killers interest me, ever since I almost rented the apartment next to Jeffery Dahmer in Milwaukee in 1991 (it smelled too bad). Two weeks later they arrested him. LOL..gotta love Wisconsin....lol.

Shriners have been around ever since I can remember as a kid growing up and I think the work they do is Fantastic... my Hats off to Hubcap and his Group!!!
