Leave it up to those morons in Florida! Apparantly the voters passed a initiative to make a constitutional change to prohibit smoking in the workplace. If enacted, it could drive some prominent cigar companies out of business. The law could prevent cigar factory employees from sampling cigars as part of their jobs. How the hell do you ensure quality if you can't test your product at the factory?

First, they can't count ballots.
Now, they can't smoke.

As a Floridian I agree with all of you, sadly we aren't the only idiots passing smoking bans. Hopefully the cigar industry will win this fight.

Beware Smoking Bans!!! We in California were the first state to instiute such a silly law!!! Backed by the Millions of dollars by the Smoke Police and various Health Groups and using money that was taken from cigarette companies in law suits and judgements! This legislation in California has upended great cigar clubs and freedoms!

The cigar industry alone is not powerful enough to win out in the fight!
