I just recieved a 5-pack of Industrial Press Mass (among others) and to my dismay the wrapper is apparently dried out and beginning to flake off the ends........oh what is a man to do?!?!?!?!

If it's just flaking at the foot ... don't worry about it. It's not worth the hassle to send them back ... and you'll burn that off in the first couple of puffs.
... just rehydrate them for a couple of weeks in your humi, and they should smoke alright.

Slim, actually that was my first reaction, but upon further inspection the "flaking" extended over 3/4" up the stick and the cap was flaking too......I promise I'm not too picky;) CB is sending more....they were VERY helpful.

They always are ...
In a world where the term "customer service" is often little more than a buzzword, CI/CB consistently do as good a job of providing the finest service to their customers that can be found anywhere ...
