I don't know how many of you have seen the new Customer Service Interface. It works like email, but it eliminates lost emails and you'll also get a quicker response! When you log in you'll see the "Customer Service Request" button. From there, just fill out the information. It works great! You can keep track of any questions you have for Customer Service. Check it out!

I've spoken to Trish several times and found her to be very helpful.
Mike H. is also a great guy to speak with. He has always been very helpful to me.

ALL the staff up there are GREAT !!!

...(wiping my nose off a little)...Yes, and they are really wonderful and maybe some day they will look in their records, see who has been here a while and send us each a box of Bucanero Classic Maduros in churchill size...(ok wiping my nose off a lot)

I second everything said on this board. Yesterday was my first encounter with customer service and I have to say that I was extremely surprised by the level of service I received. Trish coundn't have made it any easier for me.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Trish on two occasions. Both were handled professionally and puncutal. I think Trish should get a raise and more time off!

This new interface works well! You send in question and comment and customer service is just that.. customer service, did one today just to test and Steve had me a response shortly sent directly to my e-mail!

I've never talked to Trish. I guess when I have an order thats not quite right I will. Maybe you can mess up my next order. Like maybe when I order my next 5-pack you can send me 10 instead. Hehe!
