I went on a robusto rampage this weekend..just a few thoughts...
1) HDM maduro rothschild...IMO, one of the best cigars for the buck made. Perfect burn and draw. A complex smoke.
2) Don Juan Maduro...Not as bad as I expected. Burned evenly with a nice draw. Had a strange metallic taste though.
3) Don Diego Maduro...Not as good as the natural. Well made but missing something.
4) Troya #18 maduro...What a mouthful of flavor. A great smoke from an underrated line.
5) Cuesta Rey...Typical Fuente product. Solid.

Just one idiots perpective. What the hell do I know anyway?

I'm shocked and appalled. Is a rothschild a robusto? I think not! No, but it's still a great cigar for the money.

Had a La Luna African Fuerte Natural this morning, a little rough to start but settled into a strong smooth enjoyable smoke.

Had a couple MNC Robustos lately, great smokes!!

Had a Punch Rare Corojo Roth with about 18 months of age this morning. Damn good smoke, medium-full body, but smooth as silk!!

Love the HDM Maduro Robustos and the naturals! For bucks one of the best!

The Oliva "O" Maduro is the best! One hell of a great robusto all the way to the burn of the fingers holding the nub!
