Greetings All,

I have been dealing with CBID for over 3 years. I cannot remember one time that they did not resolve my concerns, issues, complaints, or gripes without total and sincere professionalism that all customer service agencies should follow. I have had numerous interactions with the team there and it has always ended in my favor. Thus, the reason for this note.

So here is my Story:
Most recently, I won a Oliva "O" Sampler - Torpedo (12) Chest at an unbelievably low price. You know the "Sun grown Puros"…What I received was a different (but good) Oliva torpedo 12 humidor. I wanted the sun grown "O" with satin labels that I "Thought" I won. So, I contacted customer service to discuss and resolve this issue -to make a long story short - I get to keep the humidor which was originally shipped and get the sungrowns for cost.

Wow! All of this was resolved in less than an hour.

Now tell me does anyone not believe this story? Are they great? - Or What…This is not the first "Great Experience" that I have had either with customer service. Steve is just as professional and helpful. What a great team they have!

I am still doing the pee pee dance and I had to tell somebody that could appreciate this story. Forgive me if I rambled too much...

IMHO, Life simply don't get any better than that!

Regards,

J,

Take a look "East" I am the one in the shadows...It is left, right, left right...Wait a minute that is the marching cadence that I sang as a Drill SGT. What was your question again? =)

Is this how to do the pee pee dance??

1. (It's just a) Jump to the left with hands up.

2. A step to the right (Time Warper Annette Funicello suggests a very wide step).

3. You bring your knees in tight (with your hands on your hips).

4. (Then) the pelvic thrust (if repeated five times, it nearly drives you insa-a-ane).

5. Hipswivel (if not driven insane by step four).

6. Let's do the Time Warp Again!

JR,
E-chick posted a version of the pee-pee dance; I've tried it and like it actually...very refreshing; I do it now in the front yard after getting my packages from CBID.

I live in a small conservative town in South Texas. THAT would get me arrested. Besides, I don't have the gut to create that circular effect.
