He's YOUR President too! Unless you've recinded your citizenship. If that's the case...take Alec Baldwin, and Babs and move out!

I tried to view it, could not get it to load. Is this some kind of sick plot to point out my personality flaws - knowing that I will not smoke another cigar and I will work all day to view the site. =)

I know that you are after my Havanas Rick...Just say it! Another flaw paranoia. =)

Regards,

B

Rick... what is your point here with this "mystery" interview conducted by someone who "they" (whoever "they" would be) have chosen to blur his face... enlighten me... please!

Sorry... perhaps I was taking it too serious... just didn't see anything remarkable about the video... just seemed rather foolish... neither funny nor un-funny... but everybody has their own ideas and is able to express them... that's what great about this country.

I don't have quicktime ... I haven't seen the site ... I don't know what it says, but I'm willing to make a guess that it is something that is supposed to make me think less of GWB ...

Well, whether I could see the site or not, here's the facts: Yes ... he is MY President ... and I'm damn glad he is, too ... this is the sort of guy I've been hoping to have as President for a long time ... perfect? ... no, of course not ... there's no one who could be ... better than the history of the past generation or two would make me think was even possible? ... hell yes! and by a long shot ...

Carter caused a great many problems for the US by the widely held perception that he was weak ... Clinton caused even more by the fact that he didn't give a **** about what was going on as long as he was being serviced in the hallways outside the Oval Office ... had he been paying even the slightest attention, Saddam could've been made to comply with terms that ended the last Gulf war ... but problems were allowed to fester and grow, then got passed on to future Presidents as little hot potatos ... I can't even begin to imagine what Al Bore would've been doing in the wake of 9/11 had he been elected ... but I'll guarantee you, it wouldn't have been a pretty picture ... we'd be indecisive and weak, inviting the bullies of the world to kick more sand in our faces, just as long as they pretended to hug a tree now and then ... oh, sure ... we'd be asking for UN sanctions and vowing to hunt down the responsible parties ... we just wouldn't be actually doing anything ... it's my honest opinion that had Gore been elected, we'd have more dates of infamy to be discussing than 9/11 ...

Yes ... this IS my President !!! ... and I couldn't be happier with what my President is doing.

quiet. don't make a sound. hush. don't let anyone know that george was drinking booze during his run for the throne and after he said he had stopped. anyone that saw the film that says he might be drinking water, is in denial.

Once again, I am in total agreement with SteveS! Rick, you will always hate your President (GWB) no matter what he does!

I find most of the sites you direct us to very alarming and too damn far left for any normal person! Maybe Babs and troops would agree with you! By troops, I mean, Alex, George "Foot in Mouth" Clooney Marty "U mean I am Not Really President" Sheen and Susy "Used to be Cute" Sarandon!

What does it matter what Bush does in his private life? Same question appied when morons were after Clinton. As long as they're not breaking the law, I could care less what they did in their private lives. A politician's private life should remain just that, private. It's none of mine and it's none of anyone's damned business.

Yeah, more meaningless propaganda from der Rickamaven!

Rick, you really are a nice person, show it in your posts, or post about hummingbirds and cigars and other things!

Rick,

I have sworn to be a nicer, gentlier person, but, your starting to push the envelope.

if no one pushes the envelope, we can sit around and talk about the weather. picture post is for fun and showing one's friends, hobbies, and whatever. cigars and related are for just that. misc board replaced, in my mind, (isn't that a split infinitive?), the political board. i try not to get them all confused.

did you like my post about shipping tips, or the pictures of my workbench and my birds?

Just Curious...When did you Pick Charlton Heston to be your President?? when he Portrayed Moses in "The Ten Commandments" or when he started doing commercials for the NRA??

He doesn't just do the commercials. Sort of like the "hair club for men" thing.

Pushing the envelope is actually, physically doing something. For instance, becoming active in politics in order to enact change.

Sitting around, finding obscure web links, (of which, half are either severely doctored or out of context) is not pushing anyone's envelope.

It's just pushing buttons.
