My choice of cigar lasst evening was the LaUnica Cameroon. I found this to be a mild and pleasent cigar. Not an abundance of flavor but enough. It was well constructed, and it had a good and even burn. The draw was too easy, that was the only negitive I noticed. Anyone else have comments?

interesting, the last person to comment thought it was bitter and harsh. It seems many of these bleeding cameroon cigars have too easy of draws. CAO did, may still for all I know, except the president of CAO came on here disguished as Cardinal Reichleau, and said the problem has been taken care of. I still have my La Looney freebie, maybe I will smoke it tonight now.

The draw on the CAO is very nice. I did smoke a CAO Cameroon tonight with a twig in it. It was burning very unevenly. Upon investigation, I found the stick. That was a first. They're usually a quality product.
I haven't had a chance to try La Unica yet. Are they worth trying?

They are definitly, IMO, worth trying. It was a good smoke, though not a great smoke. Again this is a very subjective subject. I have not read much about these sticks, and am hoping some of you guys might have some input.

Had the La Unica Cameroon torpedo/pyramid from the J.C. Newman Club, found it a little bit green, but not too bad. Lost points on functional construction though, pre-light construction was gorgeous, but post-light was a bit disappointing. Also thought it finished too early and too harsh. Worth trying? Sure. Mild and tasty, yes. Will I try again? Yes, after aging it for a month or so.

Oh yeah, why the post-light construction was disappointing: cap came off and it started unraveling a little at the head. Burn was nice and even, ash was blinding white. over and out...
