Can anyone give me their opinons on these? I recall having smoked one awhile ago, but for the life of me, I can't remember how good it was. What's a good price for these? What do they compare to? Any good/bad experiences?

Thanks,

Stuart

Well made stogies that aren't exactly earth movers (medium bodied at best).....WAY over-priced. For the money there are many others to choose. Macanudo's arch enemy.....battle of the sissies.

Sonny, we have almost identical tastes in cigars! The Dunhills are beautiful cigars (so are Macanudos) and they are both Mild to weak medium strength at best! So recommend you save money and buy a Macanudo instead if you want Milder cigars!

Striple, if you like Dunhills, you need to try the Joya De Nicaragua 1970 Grand Consul......wonderfully mild specimen:)

Ah...this is the kind of information I was looking for when I posted. I did like the macanudos, but you're right, they're kinda too mild now for me. And, you're saying the Dunhills are more expensive? I thought it was the other way around.

I can honestly say that I love Dunhill cigars. When I first started smoking a few years back they were by far my favorites. They still are in the top bracket for me but because they are expensive I started looking for other brands. I found the Griffins and fell in love woth those. Here in MN Griffins are a couple bucks cheaper and IMHO just a good. To the point you say? Dunhills are great, pick one up and see what you think but there are other brands that are cheaper that may offer a similar smoke. Mike

P.S. The Dunhill cigarettes suck and are miserably overpriced. Not that I smoke those anymore. Cigarettes are what you smoke in between cigars. (who said that?) Mike

Anybody who likes Dunhills, Macs and Griffiths-they are all wonderfully made and great for a mild cigar would simply think their head exploded if they smoked a Joya de Nicaragua Antano 1970!

Like I said, I am not making fun of people who prefer milder cigars, and if you do like them, those above are probably the best along with Don Diego!
