You might want to check your cookie settings. Credit card information has nothing to do with your ability to bid. Another thing to check is your bid amount. If someone else placed a bid just before you and your amount was the same, they'd have the bid. Make sure your Internet browser is set to update pages on each visit.
By the way, Customer Service strives to respond to emails within 24 hours of receiving them. If we didn't respond, we may not have gotten it. Your server may not have sent our response back to you.
