Well I tried my first tonight. A bone from Mr. Smith (Thank you Billy). He's a true gentleman.

Well I have to tell ya. There is a LOT of buz about the Bucs on the board here. The buc's don't sux, it was good, pleasurable, in fact, very nice. But, for 75 bux for 12 bucs on cbid, I EXPECTED MORE! Hell! That's 150 for 24 which is basically a box! I wanted my skirt blown up by this full sail! Again, don't get me wrong, it was a fine smoke. Very nice, very enjoyable. It just seems a bit pricey, I expected more... I expected it to be the wind beneath my sheets.

What's your "regular" smoke, if you don't mind me asking...

I think it's in line in pricing with other premium sticks. But everyone has different tastes. These age extremely well too and only get better as good premium cigars usually do.

However, I will not pay over $76/12. This smoke is definitely worth $6.33/stick.

Oh..and..ARRRGGGHHHHHH !!!

still puffing, fingers begining to burn... Regular schmoke? hummm, hummmmm, varity is the spice of life! I do like preimums and super preimums (busted!). I really enjoy a mix, CAOs, Fuente's (many varities), Torano's, ISOMs, hell it's all good.

I'd LOVE to be able to buy a box of these for just 76 bucks a box! They fly out of the local shop at 81 a box!

I figured I'd ask, Rob because the Full Sail is my FAV! If there were a number of premiums laid out on a counter, and the Full Sail was there...I'm grabbing that one first! I like variety too, the PAM's, Ashton VSG's,La Dominicana Ligero,Leon Jimines Sumos, and CAO's Extreme line are in a weekly rotation at my house.

You might be beter served with the Full Sail to just plunk down the cash and age a box...if they last that long!

Ok, disregard the original post.. I must say, I kept looking for reasons to be underwhelmed, I kept smoking, and kept looking. My fingers are bandaged, and my lips are smeared with ointment (not that there's anyting wrong with that). This is truely an excellent cigar. I've just been spoiled by the deals on cbid! :-) Good night, and may God bless.

I have smoked the clasico maduros. They are good, I like 'em. I have a couple Peg Legs cooling their heels(feet?) in my 'dor. Got them in a trade. Now I have to smoke one so I can contribute something constructive to this thread! Arrrggghhhhh!

So Robby, that lasted you over an hour? I love the whole Bucanero line. May have to have one tonight, and tomorrow, and Saturday.

It actually lasted two. As a direct result of my experience, I went to the Mall today and bought a blousey shirt with big puffy sleeves, an eye patch, and a parrot.

Fired up the Peg Leg after supper. Whoooooo boy! Strong as hell and a real peppery wrapper. Thought someone sprinkled cayanne on it. After about 15 minutes, it felt like a hot coal was nestling in my gut. More smoke than the Gary, Ind. tire fire! But smooth, no bite. My only gripe is that it would not burn straight. Needs more rest maybe. Don't smoke this on a hot day. Someone will find you passed out in the grass! I will smoke more but I think I prefer the Clasico Maduro.

I'm still working on a design for a roach clip for the Peg Leg. I'm tired of sticking it between my front teeth.

Barry, LOL. Make it out of a piece of Sp. cedar and hollow it out to look like a peg leg man! The open end will fit right on the cut cap. Don't forget to drill the Sp. cedar peg leg!

I've had several in the line and they are consistently the best throughout the line!

After having considered all of the numerous posts raving about the Bucs, I ordered 2 peg and 2 full sails. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I love these
and just purchased box of 12 from DE for $74. Now I'm fat, happy, and concerned about smoking any of the cigars as I know my supply will quickly diminish. What a dilemma?!

Classic Maduro, Windjammer(copper ring) and Bucanero Maduro (red ring) all appeal to me. Of course the Peg Leg and Full Sail top my list.
