I went to our San Diego Padres game for Mother's Day 2000. This is myself with Ryan Klesko, my son (11) and a nephew (6). Just thought y'all might like to see who you're talkin' to!

Check the picture out better, dude! We're in the player's parking lot with Qualcomm Stadium in the back ground. See the opening to come out from the locker rooms and the day care center for the player's kids??? Do I need to submit my photos with Rueben Rivera, and Al Martin from the same day? I also have Diamondbacks Steve Finley, Durazo and that Kimh (spelling?) one of their pitchers. I haven't scanned the Diamondbacks yet due to a broken scanner. :(

Believe me, Klesko ain't the greatest, but he can surf with us San Diegans and occassionally still make a great play!

I have an in-law who works with the Padres organization AND being the ever faithful fan, he arranged for me to meet most of the players on Mother's Day this year. Be still my heart!

Yes, that's Klesko. Chick, I'd wager you're one of those women that went gaga over Caminiti in '98 and Ben this year (like my wife and daughter).

Not really, I like big guys (hubby is 6'4" 235lbs), but Ben is too much of a puppy for me. Cami was great and Klesko is a good "fill in" for those with Cami-withdrawal. My guy is Finley. He's a bit on the skinny side, but but all athelete! WOW! I've actually met him 4 times. Oh doctor, you can hang a star on THAT one!!! And although the black/latino types are not MY style, I've gotta hand it to Rueben...he's got the best personality of the whole bunch! Nice guy!

Okay, Klesko is doing MUCH better this year! Had to resurface this old pic to coincide with aberdeens other old post about me and chickens on june bugs or something like that! I was so bummed out that we had an away game this Mother's Day ('02)...there's always next year!
