Someone said these were the closest they found to the 858. Racking my little brain to remember..CAN'T remember! Anyone?
How much better were they compared to the Chateau line?

These appear to not be as readily available as the chateau line as very few places carry them.

Some people actually prefer them over the 858SG's, and they are 'close, but no cigar' ... as far as I'm concerned.

Nothing in the Fuente sun-grown lines compare to the 858SG, but that is just my tastes. The 858SG has a more complex blend of flavors, and is smoother ... and the Cuban Beli has a different flavor profile, and has quite a bit more punch to it.

It's definately an outstanding cigar, by any standards, and although it can be hard to locate ... it is certainly easier to come by than the 858SG!

... and the Chateau sun-grown lines are defininately great 'go-to' cigars when the other sun-grown's can't be found.

Many people I know keep them in their regular rotation, just because of the fact that they are more readily avaiable.

The Chateau line is a regular along with other sungrowns I have. And I'm definitely looking forward to the extra kick from the CBs. The 858s are incredible and easily the best sungrown from Fuente. I've seen the CBs around for under $115/box; now I need to get that Visa bill down...

Sorry, I can't comment on the FF 858 SG, haven't had those yet, but the Fuente Cuban Beli SG are great cigars, and to me, with more punch than the Chateau Line. I would send you one to try, but only have one left.
