Well this week, I won a box of Diamond Crown Maduro #7's, a box of Full Sails (Argh!), and last night a box of CAO Black Gothic.

Oh, and my wife is in labor!! We're timing them, and we're about to leave for the hospital :-)

Thanks to everyone. Mr. Garrett Lee Robbins was born this PM at 5:20. 7lbs 12oz. 21 1/4 inches long (takes after the old man :-) Mother and baby are both doing very well.

It was with out a doubt the single most incredible thing I have EVER experienced or witnessed. It was in a word "unbelievable". Those who have progeny understand, those that don't may think they do.

I've been preparing for this for 9 months. I'm hear to tell you, I was literally moved to tears when that little guy made his appearance. It was a feeling that was virtually indescribable. Picking him up and holding him, cutting the cord, with his mother laying there crying and family all around. I was sobbing. It was the single most emotional movement of my life!

To those with children, you understand. To those with children coming, may God bless. And to those with children to come, may God be with you and your endeavors.

Peace and Love to all.

Congratulations to you and the wife Robby. Glad to hear everyone is well.

I don't think anything can compare to watching your child being born. Words can't describe it.

Way to go Robby and the missus! Welcome to the world Garrett! :)

Can't wait to see the pics...and get a PAM in the mail [BIG grin!]...ok, the pics will be good enough!

BTW, thanks a lot Robby...After reading this yesterday, I had a dream last night that I was having a baby as in giving birth at that moment. Heck, I didn't even KNOW that I was preggo...in my awake life, I have two c-section kids and have NO idea what labor or childbirth the natural way is like...but thanks to you, I found out in that dream of mine...fughetaboutit...I'll leave the child bearing to all of you young folks!

I'm thrilled for you both! Cherish each moment, they grow so fast!

Congrats Robby!!!
Glad to hear everyone is fine. Be sure to pay a lot of attention to mama. Too often the kid gets all the attention and mama feels left out. In the words of James Taylor "Shower the people you love with love"
God bless.
