WOW! I finished the MP and I am in love...It took me almost an hour but the entire hour was full pleasure.

I think I got it from Robby's plumidor in a trade that we did some time back.

Examined the gar before I fired it up:
The touch was a little rough (almost put it back in the hummi for more aging time). But after I ran the cigar under my proboscis (Stole This From JD1) and found a very rich aroma it was time to smoke this badboy.

Good flavors Burn was even, and it produced a wonderful white ash. The smoke was creamy light and very nice to smell. Alluring if you will.

Just Love AF products. What do the rest of you think about this gar?

Regards,

B

Smith, that masterpiece was not a masterpiece, it was an Untold Story. Maduro Hemi. Very fine, and DEFINITELY on my top 10 list... Virtually impossible to come by, they charge you out the ass cause they know they can get it. It's a Christmas smoke around here. Meaning they only come by once a year around Christmas... And I agree with you, off the chart.

A few years ago I managed to get ahold of three AF Masterpieces. I took them on vacation to Hawaii thinking they would be great smokes to enjoy while watching the sunsets. I only found time to smoke one during the whole trip because we stayed so busy. It's a great smoke like all the Hemingways but it does require a certain commitment of time. The other two made the trip back home and were enjoyed at some other time.

I know, I know, I know...Messed up on the Subject line miss identified the gar. Was not the Master Piece it was the Untold Story. The only thing that I can say is - it was Robby's fault. Yeah, that is the ticket - Robby is at fault here for not writting the name of the cigar on a little sheet of paper so I wouldn't forget which one it was.... =)

Old Age is getting to me.

It's all good. I always enjoy a master piece... I have an untold story or two about those. You get the schmokes the rest of us just read about!
