Hey, don't I know you?

Yes, these are tried and true lines, but I'm wondering, what is your favorite "line". Not your favorite cigar, your favorite line of cigars?

Fuente should be excluded from the voting! :-) but, is not. If that's it, sing it out!

For me? I think I have to go with CAO oh Oh OHHH!!! Welcome Aboard! IMHO, they have the breath, depth, pricing, taste, construction, variation, etc.... They have it all. If I could only have 1 "brand", I think it would have to be CAO oh OH OHHHHHH!!!!!!

What spins your propeller? REMEMBER! You must consider the line, not a single stick.

Robby, I think I'll have to agree. The Cameroons are great for a milder smoke, while I love the Maddies and Brazilias for a tastier, fuller smoke. The Criollos are great for a change of pace also. If you really want your ass kicked, you can have an Extreme. Great variety, good construction, great taste. Go CAO!!

My 2nd choice would be Padrons. Their regular line is one of the most well constructed, great tasting cigars out there, and all for under 5 bucks retail. And of course, who could forget the PAN and PAMs.

For me, it's Hoyo de Monterrey, I just love their double maduros. Then would come Ashtons and Padrons.

Thanks THL, so it's the Hole Hoyo Line that does it for you? Over any other line of cigars? That's an interesting choice!

Have you ever seen their full menu of cigars? They must make 50 or more different cigars. That's not counting their Excaliburs, 1066's and Dark Sumatras. The regular Hoyos, Fuentes, LGC, Punch and Partagas lines defined premium cigars for decades. They're still great but have been overshadowed by the (sometimes empty) glitz of new offerings.

There are many cigars I have not tried. I am barely qualified(if I am) to answer this question. And there are so many GOOD cigars. Man! This is tough! Okay, I will say.......Padron! Never met one I didn't like!

Never met a CAO I didnt like. My everyday CAO is the gold corona. I've had them all except the Brazilia.

Next choice is the Padron line.

I have to agree with the Laxman. I find the whole line of CAO to be great. I was weaned on the Cameroons. The Cameroon tubo II is my present favorite. I smoke the eXtreme Churchill when I want to get blown away and the Brazilia samba in between. I also find the Criollos to be a nice change of pace. I am also a big fan of Padron, the Maduro 5000 in particular. As far as the Pans are concerned I was not impressed but I have yet to try a PAM.

My top 5 keeps changing from time to time:
CAO-like Brazila's best of all CAO
Bucanero-not a bad one in the bunch
Padron-what more can I say
Partagas Black Label
Onyx Reserves
Perdomos.................

Special mention to Lone Wolf (barf)!

Oliva "O" Maduros should be in my above 5! You can toss out the one you don't like! Like I said, I am fickle when it comes to favorites. C. A. O. pretty much stays at top!

So far it looks like CAO is winning here! Which was my top "line" when I started the thread. I'm surprised there aren't more Fuente votes. And obviously Padron is a close second too (IMHO) Fuente when you consider the full line, don't they make the Ashtons too? VSG, Aged maduro, Cuesta Rey, Montesino, and a $hit pile more. Actually, I can't believe I didn't say Fuente!! But I didn't!! Weeee!!! I like the CAO "line" right now at least, best.

Yup! Hands down!

CAO lost when they went soft with the Criollo and the fruitty-tooty smokes!

Fuente, cmon! Who can afford to smoke those everyday?
