So what are your opinions on the Predator Robusto?

If they're like all the other Predator cigars, you'll find them to be a spicy and peppery Med-full bodied cigar. X

Well that sounds ok, but what are they comparable to? (pale comparisons will do) I just don't want to waste about 20 bucks on a box that will be kinda crappy. I am thinking about getting a box of short stories. Funds are tight, but I think i would rather invest in a good box of smokes, rather then a box of smokes that I would only pass out to moochers? Opinions?

They've got 350 boxes of these to unload. My guess is that they'll be had for less than $10 at auction in a couple weeks. Rick, I thought you smoked your cheapies? Speaking of which, watch your mail.

The other sizes have been going for a low of $10 to a high of about $20. X

I bought a box about a month ago (weekly special on CI, although they werent robusto's, they were Lanceros) smoked one and couldnt draw thru it with a vacuum. Snuffed it and gave another one a try, same deal. Figured they needed to some humi time. Put them in the humi and pulled one out yesterday for my morning smoke. Still wouldnt draw and it whistled! They taste fine, like X said, little peppery with some other unique flavors. Im sure if I could get one to draw I might enjoy it. But fer now to much work.

BD,I'm storing mine at 65% humidity to see if the draw improves. I've had to use a draw poker for the few I've smoked. X

Ill try that. Ill put them in the "other" humi. They will be a good morning/goin for a walk smoke for the price once I can get them to draw. Dont want to scare anyone off with all of this. I think they are worth the $15.00.
