Well, I guess it's my turn. I've been lurking long enough (reading, learning, buying). I'm a thirty year old firefighter from Savannah , Ga. I've been smoking cigars now for about three years, most of which were acquired here, based on all of your comments and opinions. I'm slobbering all over a LGC Series R #4 as we speak. Life is good! I continue to look forward to your posts, as they have become a daily part of my life, we seem to have much in common. Anyway, that's it for now(always leave 'em wanting more).

How's the weather in Savannah? I live in Washington State but had a gig in Atlanta for a few years and I do miss the South. I visited Savannah only once, beautiful place but it did seem like it was far away from everything.

Welcome aboard. Next time you post ask if one should store cigars with cello on or off. The regulars get a bang out of that.

eighteyedspy - Welcome Aboard - First things first - Send SteveS his cigar.

As you already know, there is a wealth of experience assembled here and we are all waiting to share our experiences with you. All you have to do is ask. Although, I will say do a search before you ask. For some reason it upsets some people around here if you don't. As for me, fire away - Ugh - No pun intended! The Cello on or off issue is a volatile one which I would avoid. So, before you ask - here's my advice:

If they are part of the same family let the party naked. Narrow that down as much as possible and they will marry easily.

However, if they don't know each other - Make em keep their clothes on and separate em. Segregation in this case is encouraged and a key to success.

Welcome Again!

Regards,

B

LGC Series R, Mmmmmm, I partcularly enjoy the maduro's. They're good off the truck, but with some time in the door, they're amazing.

Thanks for the warm and fuzzies! I'll be sure and send Steve one of my finest homegrown, handrolled, backyard specialties. The kind that gets the dogs at the airport jumpin'. A night in the lockup is always a great way of getting to know one another, right?

Jazz, I'm an engine company man, a true knuckle dragger, as they seem to like to call us. I think they're just jealous because we always beat the truck out of the door.

Anyways, I appreciate the welcome and hopefully I won't step on anybodies toes, at least not too hard. I'm sure you all will let me know in your own unique way if I do.

Hey lurkers, why lurk!!! Come out and introduce yourselves!

Its nice to have our fireman aboard! I worked in lower NYC (now work midtown) and was very close to the Twin Towers on 9/11. The bravest thing you'll ever see is men running into a burning building, when everyone else is running out.

I will never forget it.

WELCOME eighteyedspy!!!

I rolled out of Savannah, and headed on up the seaboard.
I tried to sing an old gospel song, and to recall all the words.
It was something bout livin the good life like Jesus had done.
And turning your back on the dark side of life. And facing the sun.
