Just been in correspondence with Steve from Cbid on an out of stock situation with my winnings. I just want to emphasize yet again what a class act everyone is at Cbid.

This is the first time in several years in dealing with Cbid that I've ever had to contact customer service. Everything everyone has said on these boards about the quality of service here at Cbid is true.

Truly a class act organization! Thanks Steve!

(ok...now can you send my those Opus?...)

Steve is some wierd freak that scares children and medium sized pets. Trish on the other hand is an angel and should be revered and bowed to while she sits upon her pedestal. ;)

Oh, Man I just gotta add my 2 cents here. I have had many dealings with CBid...All of them turned out favorably for me. I even got a box of Olivia Blue Lables Sungrowns at cost and they threw in some bonus sticks.

Just ask Trish if you don't believe me.

Okay, Okay, I still did not get the bonus sticks but I am sure someday they will have to give me at least one gar - Cello On Please....

Regards,

B

Ed, I think your next package will be mysteriously lost in transit. Conveniently enough, I just made a new coolidor.

There, now I feel better :)

Yeah,
Steve and Trish are great. I have never had any real problems. One substitution, turned out to be a much better cigar than the one I had won at auction. And Trish offered to give me a pickup order :-) LMAO!!!!
I thanked her and said " NO WAY". By the way Trish what was that unbanded mistake????? I want to bid on those too. Steve has also answered my questions, even the stupid ones. Trish also has a great sense of humour, hope she didn't spank the order pullers too hard, for their mistake. They might have started to enjoy it. GREAT JOB Ya'LL.

Homebrew,

Unfortunately, I don't know what you were mistakenly sent because we have no band to reference! I couldn't even begin to figure out what you got. :(

And Mr. Mean -- Don't know where you got the photos of Steve, but you were dead on with that description!! As for my angelic status...well, I haven't used that halo in a long, long, LONG, time!!

And thanks everyone for the praise! I've always said we have the best customers in the world and once again, you guys proved me right!

Trish
