Just came across a great diet. I am well overstocked in cigars thanks to cigarbid and have also put on a few pounds...so I have developed the "Cigar Diet" which is much easier than Atkins. Besides 3 sensible meals a day, whenever I feel hunger or want a snack I just light a cigar. I have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks, AND I'm smoking many cigars that were purchased long ago and never sampled. My dog is also getting healthier from the long walks since I have a lot of churchills and torps in my collection. Who says that cigar smoking can't be healthy!!!
