What ya listening to ?

As a consequence of all this Chicago "talk", I ended buying the 2017 Steve Wilson remixed version of "Chicago" (...or more commonly referred to as "Chicago II"...). I never bought the original CD release back in 1995 so probably haven't listened to the whole album since 1970!

I'mma such a sucker for (purported) sonic improvements on my favorite albums. d'oh!

The Rolling Stones - “Forty Licks”

My OCD prevented me from listening to this album the way it was released so I rearranged the songs in chronological order and burned CDs. I know, I know…. d'oh!

Iirc, bought my vinyl copy as a cutout for the ridiculous price of $1.99 or $2.99. Years later I found a used CD for $5.99 and snapped it up. The CD has 4 bonus tracks so total win for me.

He's got a huge body of work and is a true master. I don't find everything he's done enjoyable to listen to, but I am definitely a fan. I've seen him probably half a dozen times.

American Garage has been a standard in my rotation for near 45 years

This vid is too cool. So young. Pat, Lyle, Jaco. I wonder if this is the best recording out there ? I've got the vinyl, but the concert looks to be shot on video
