12 or 13 A friend and I acquired this from his dad's ice chest in the back of his pickup. No.......it was Pearl beer which did not make me an instant brew fan.

How old were you? 14 Who gave it to you? Stole my stepfather's. Molson Golden Ale Was it a special day? Ran out of hard liquor. Was stealing booze for a couple years before starting on beer. I'm Italian so I grew up with wine on special occasions & holidays… like Fridays. |

Like most FOGs I can't exactly remember WHEN but I know I was somewhere around 9-10-11 years old and took a sip of my Dad's Miller Highlife. First whole beer was probably around 15 and most likely Primo (...yuck!...). |

Probably six years old and remember my dad letting me take a sip of his Miller Lite in the can. Funny thing is the old can style is the flavor of the month now with Miller Lite. |

Can't remember my first beer but my grand mom love to offer me beer was I was just a little guy. Not sure if my parents ever let it slide but if so it would have been my 1st. She only drank Miller high life so that would have been the beer. Every day was a special day when grand mom was drinking beer and that was every day. |

During the early 1960's, we used to sit on the front steps, (stoops, for you New Yawkahs), and listen to the Phillies on a transistor radio. My next door neighbor's father would always have a Quart of Ballentine and a pack of Pall Mall Reds with him. When he went in to pee, we would all sneak a sip of beer and steal a Pall Mall for later. This is probably why I never became a big beer drinker or cigarette smoker ! |

How old were you?
Toddler
Who gave it to you?
My uncles
Was it a special day?
My birthday party, I don't know which one. I found it on an old home movie. I was going from uncle to uncle and they were giving me sips of their beer and laughing. Bet they were surprised that I didn't have to ride the short bus. |

Family tradition to go get yer ole' man a beer, they always let you have a sip....
So I'm guessing as soon as I could fetch a beer.
Would have been either Coors, or Coors light. Pronounced: Curs |

Parents didn't drink much, but I recall taking a small sip of some beer in a glass when I was very young (prolly 5 - 6), during a party at my parents house. Tasted nasty.
First whole beer was an Old English 800, when I was 17, at the beach with some high school buddies. I had several of those and some 151 rum with pineapple juice. Puked my guts up later that night. |

I was trained as a kid to never let my uncles beer can go empty when he was visiting. Tried it first at the age of 6 when I opened one for him and it overflowed a bit so I sipped it off the rim. He was a retired navy man and ended up skipping and doing cadences down the street on his way home that night cause he never had an empty can. I was then told only to get him one when he asked from that night on.
My first real beer was when I was 17 and playing a softball tourney with a bunch of my sisters friends. It was a busch light and tasted like water in the 90 heat that day. |

Sixteen. One of my buddies older bro bought a case of Coors for us and we took it on an overnighter into the desert near Phoenix. After my 3rd I left the campfire to pee and fell into a friggin' cholla cactus. DED |

I was 16 and bussing tables at a restaurant. I had to change out a keg at a bar. Didn’t fully twist the keg on before pulling the level and got sprayed in the face by a beer called “Sex Panther” which was a double chocolate porter. Honestly, thought it tasted like garbage. |

1st sip was like 8 or 9. "Responsible" party was my uncle. Setting was a family cookout/potluck thing. Reason was my cousin asked for it first and I weren't no wussy. Pops was there and allowed it since he knew how I was going to react. Hated it and couldn't understand why the adults drank poison, especiallywhen tasty tasty sodas were available. Didn't have another until I was in college |

It was either old Milwaukee or old Milwaukee light. I still drink either of those cause the red can is decent beer with a slight citrus taste. The blue can is very light but gramps used to drink it so I’ll grab a 30 once in a while |
