Omg. I just died!!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Well Im a chick... I can like Coldplay and not feel bad. You on the other hand, I don't know. It could go wither way!

J/K 😜

But after the Viva La Vida album, I think that... Their music turned to crap. Well not all the way crap, just poppy. Wayyyy too poppish.

Parachutes and Rush of Blood to the Head my fave albums.

BtwI do they still do laser light shows to Rock music at Planetarium's? It was around 1990 in Miami, only laser light show I went to. They were popular back then. I remember laying back in the seat looking up and a Voice from Above announced "Ladies and Gentlemen, THIS IS CASHMERE" All Zepplin all night. Had a nice beer buzz going and it was awesome.

Currently listening to Black Dog:-)

No Sugar Mama!. It's ok. We can still be friends. The beating for this won't be so bad...

Haha , j/k... 😝

But no, I have made some smart decisions in the past that have set me up to live a comfortable life.

Mama and daddy paved the way - Dad went to law school in the 70s and became an attorney (MAJOR accomplishment for a black man especially in Alabama) and mama was in real estate her whole life and retired early from it as well.

I buy and hold properties in 5 states in the Southeast. I am a "landlord" per say, even though that is a dirty word to many. I do many single family investments for myself, I have a some duplexes and townhomes, and I look for other investors to do syndications with on larger multifamily properties that I can't quite stroke a check for by myself. I have also flipped a few houses in the past few years - very good money, but I rather buy and hold for long term because I like residual income.

So tell yo mama to sugar THAT... πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Ha ha.
I wish you and CigarLady much happiness.

Hey CigarLady, any interest in adopting a middle-aged mountain man? I fully support your sitch with Celtic.
He can be your boy-toy and French maid, and take care of everything inside the house. I can take care of everything outside. You're not gonna wanna let me inside anyway, cuz I'm not housebroken. I'll just build a small cabin out back.
I can pretty much take care of myself. Just throw a slab of meat on the patio once in a while

The Lemon Song was pretty much a rip off of Howlin' Wolf's, Killing Floor(1964).....granted Zeppelin took it and made it theirs, but credit should have, and now does, go to Chester Burnett(Howlin' Wolf)....Applause

.Most of Led Zeppelin 1 was ripped off from Willie Dixon...again Zeppelin took it and made it their own, but credit should have, and now does, go to Willie Dixon....Applause

Credit goes where it was due. But the band would have never remade it if they didn't know they were gonna do it better.

And trust me, they did.

Lol this is the soundtrack of my early years. Family house parties, Me and my brother torturing or being tortured by all our cousins.... Every last one a girl. Ugh. Bunch of bullies.....

I live in Philly, Teddy P is REQUIRED listening. Or was.... Still is in this house. Kids today don't know just how much they missed out on.Hell half the songs they do like are remakes from these days. They don't know who Joni Mitchell or Otis Reading are but they know their music.... Now I need to listen to the source of so many covers.... Tom Waits here I comefog

Several cases were brought against Led Zep for Plagiarism, and several of the song writing credits originally listed on their albums have been revised to credit the artists who actually did write them on later releases of those albums.....
