C-A-T PRIZE WINNERS

Special thank you to Buckwheat, my lucky prize donor. He sent a box of 07 Partagas Culebras (snakes). The "cigar" is three sticks twisted and tied together, and the box has 3 coffins with a triplet in each. I'm trying to decide if I should keep em tied together and smoke three at a time or untie them and smoke one at a time...

Separate them, you'll get 3x the pleasure. Those are great little smokes!!

According to legend, (as per Drew Estate), in the "old days", as a perk, rollers were allowed to take one cigar home with them every day, so someone came up with the "culebra" where three sticks were braided together, but it only counted as ONE cigar.
When the rollers got home, they "unbraided" them and had THREE cigars.
D.E. decided to resurrect this method with the release of the MEDUSA, (the stick that got me into cigars 10 years ago).
Davidoff also offers a culebra .

I wonder if Drew Estate really WAS the first to resurrect this method of rolling.
The MEDUSA has been around as long as I have been smoking, (10 years).
Don't know about the others.

BTW, skipper . . .
A most generous contribution of C.A.T. prizes on your part ! ThumpUp

My man boobs have been thoroughly pulled through the ringer.

Mikey sent me some super smokes as an added on prize winner, plus some.
A few Pedros Pearls...
EPC's short runs, Like the brand, should be good
Illision 88 (can't wait for this) my first
SHARK! My first too, nom nom
Viaie fifty too, wow o wow, had a few others so I cant wait for this
And he included something to fire all these fine smokes up with a Vector table lighter, nice.
Oh and he added some ballast to the box (which really scared me as I was thinking the weight was all cigars) with a collection of whisky stones.

Thank you kind sir, above the call of duty.

I am almost at 100% so I will be sampling something special this weekend.

Happy Trails,
