AFTER!

Major league big thank you to Elkhunter. He GAVE THIS TO ME AND REFUSED $...........so I brought him some Southern Oregon goodness up while visiting my dad when he was in the hospital up north by Elk. Marks one of those guys no matter how long its been since you talked its like you saw him yesterday when we get to have a mini herf.

I still have to work some wooden shelves out as what's in here is out of my 500 count Indulgence that my buddy wants. But I'm super stoked to have this complete and not have sticks in various humidors throughout the house! The lights are handy and that's ALOT of damn beads.......

Now to all you azzhats smartazzes, that's 20 CUBIC feet. For the real knuckledraggers that = big.

I like those kind of shelves! Saves space. Are they cut to fit or are they standard lengths?

M
28. Author: ZRX1200Date: Thu, 11/15/2012, 11:56AM EST
I cut the shelves.

Elkhunter gave me all the hardware for the shelving I just had to finish it.
29. Author: DrafterXDate: Thu, 11/15/2012, 12:02PM EST
is the door cedar..?? just a thought but you could use it to make more shelves and install a glass door... if it's not cedar you could make a window frame out of it... still very cool.. I like it..!! ThumpUp

really nice, fine job brother
31. Author: ZRX1200Date: Thu, 11/15/2012, 2:53PM EST
Drafter this is an old winedor. It had an external cooling unit which had been removed when Elkhunter acquired it from a guy who was converting it. The door is oak, my dad told me what kind of board it was but I cant recall. I like it the way it is but glass would be cool.
32. Author: nolenDate: Thu, 11/15/2012, 2:59PM EST
REALLY nice!

Are those magnetic strips around the door and door frame?

Looks like room for another 800-1000 cigars in there easy!

ZRX needs to be HOTM for December!
40. Author: ZRX1200Date: Sat, 11/17/2012, 2:41PM EST
No. I was HOTM April this year.

No repeats.

And room for WAY MORE than 800-1000 left thats about 800 in there now. This is the last humi I'll ever own and I have no intention of packing it full. Just dont need that many.
41. Author: BDS12Date: Sat, 11/17/2012, 7:10PM EST

Hard to believe all the smokes you got for hotm are in there, lol
42. Author: whtwtrman79Date: Thu, 2/7/2013, 4:34PM EST
Did you buy all those heartfelt beads or condition silica/kitty litter?
43. Author: ZRX1200Date: Thu, 2/7/2013, 4:41PM EST
HF (4 LBS)
Very bottom is floral beads for mass humidity the HF beads regulate it.
44. Author: whtwtrman79Date: Thu, 2/7/2013, 4:59PM EST
A lot less expensive I expect
45. Author: ZRX1200Date: Thu, 2/7/2013, 5:56PM EST
Yeah alot less......eventually I'll have all HF.

To update those cedar trays went with the indulgence humi (sold to my boss for $50 to cover my cost of the tubs that replaced the trays) and now I am using plastic tubs from office depot.
