4035 SPC Pike Place. Had it two maybe 3 years and just popped the seal. It's good. I'm curious if the aging did anything, never had this fresh. Loads of creamy mouthfeel and a sweet finish but up front is laden with spices. It's pretty similar to Plum Pudding. if I couldn't get that, but could get Pike Place, I'd still be happy. |
