8.0%abv 60 IBU lightly carbonated, not too sweet, very cocoa forward but not a cloying extract taste like some I’ve had. Paired nicely with pork roast and mashed taters. Mmmmm carbs |

Been open 4 or 5 years, just started local distribution in the past year or two and the brewpub is only open 3 days a week, and only evenings on those days. Just so happens I had this in the chiller today. A slight sweetness from the brown sugar in the recipe but not cloying. As it warms and opens up the cinnamon comes forward to slightly dominate the vanilla and cocoa nibs. Very enjoyable.
