Wonder how Crazy Nancy's constituants feel about her....
1. Author: TMCTLTDate: Sun, 7/2/2017, 12:23PM EST

And their F'd up court system / judges giving up $190K in tax payer dollars to an ILLEGAL INVADER from El Salvador? Because she has created a riff between law enforcement ( who are doing their appointed duties ) but under her " Sanctuary city policies " LEO is prohibited from working with ICE and other Federal immigration agencies to RID their state of these law breakers...so this SOB has sued and won!!!!!

They of course love her, they voted for her did they not and they deserve what they get. I hope all 3 million illegal voters sue and bankrupt that state, PERIOD! And when they ask for a Federal bailout, F'em.

I wish SCOTUS would step in. The whole concept of sanctuary city seems unconstitutional to me. This is hard to believe.

I agree, there's no reason why the United States needs to protect and defend illegal immigrants as if they were citizen status.

FIFY........some illegal immigrants get better benefits than some senior citizens, who have paid more into the system than the illegals ever will.....Brick wall Brick wall

Immigration doesn't fall under states rights...but then you already knew that.
10. Author: victor809Date: Mon, 7/3/2017, 1:11AM EST
Do you believe that there is a list of what is "state rights" and what isn't. Or do you just want to draw a random line where you feel like it?

NOT A STATES RIGHTS ISSUE....PERIOD. NEVER HAS BEEN this IS a Tenth Amendment issue but you have a group of public servants who ROUTINELY ignore what their constituency want and do as they see fit....with no apparent retribution like oh I dunno NOT GETTING REELECTED
12. Author: jjaneckaDate: Mon, 7/3/2017, 9:44AM EST
Immigration ought to fall under states rights... We got all these damn Californians, Yankees and Chicago Socialists coming to Texas because no other state in this country how to run their shït properly.

If a state doesn't want federal agents running around that should be their decision as well... should be it?
16. Author: SpeysideDate: Mon, 7/3/2017, 12:32PM EST
Federal law usually takes precedence over state law, so no it should not be the states descision.

We're suppose to be the " United States " Victor.....not the Divided States. If a city or cities within a state doesn't want to followlaws that have been on the books for FOREVER and MAKE SENSE.....they should cut off ALL federal funding.

When a state ignores federal laws I don't want my federal tax dollars going into that state.

If they choose to forego the aforementioned federal tax dollars, then they can do as the choose.
but it kinda disrupts the whole "united" thingy that we're supposed to embrace.

This isn't about a pet peeve.

If they don't like the federal law then they need to address that separately. They can't simply choose to disregard it.

You'll see, once they fill your legislature with them....Moonbeam and Nancy are selling out all other Californians for the votes of a bunch of Illegal Invaders and robbing the rest of the country of Federal tax dollars to support the sons of bitches. But hey @ least your getting your salad on the cheap right????

You're making a large leap from an ethnic group being a majority and them all being illegal immigrants.

But you have a history of not understanding the difference.

And again... illegal immigrants don't vote ... and they sure as hell aren't going to be in the legislature.

Dude... get a grip

And this has nothing to do with a Muslim city council. Are any of them illegal? If their all citizens then what kind of problem could you possibly have with that?

No but these " people of color " have shown time and again that they do NOT wish to assimilate and enjoy the freedoms of living in the US. but change the politics and demographics of our country to exactly what they left behind in their native country. Your the one with your head in the sand. Like I said.....enjoy your cheap salads while you and everyone else subsidize the pickers.

Aren't you referring to Religious vs ethnic majorities? And the answer is NO....to my knowledge the Mormons are not currently using their religion to uphold the slaughter of others who do not agree with their brand of Religion.

If they are voting, then you're pretty sure they are legal.
So if you are worried about how they will vote you're against legal Latin immigrants.

This isn't that hard to sort out.

If they're on a city council then you're pretty sure they're legal so if you're against an ethnic or religious group being on a city council then you are against legal immigrants from that group.

And seeing as I could go out and be Muslim tomorrow that's a religion which should be afforded all the protections every other dumb religion has in the United states.

So if you are worried about how they will vote you're against legal Latin immigrants. They will vote to leave our borders open to them and anyything Pro Latino...you and I know it.

This isn't that hard to sort out. No....no itisn't.

If they're on a city council then you're pretty sure they're legal so if you're against an ethnic or religious group being on a city council then you are against legal immigrants from that group. You either misunderstood or purposely ignored my claim...we're talking FULL CITY COUNCIL...not ONE or two members. Tell me do you think they're taking " all citizenry " into consideration when addressing varying issues? I DON'T fog

And seeing as I could go out and be Muslim tomorrow that's a religion which should be afforded all the protections every other dumb religion has in the United states.

... your statement is ridiculous.

1 - there is no evidence of illegals voting which has not been disprove.

2 -you don't like legal Latin immigrants because you're sure they'll vote to keep our borders open? They're citizens... that's their right. Do you want legal Latin immigrants to be some second class unable to vote for things you don't like?

3 -one or two members or a full city council... who cares? If they are legal citizens what does it matter? Again why are you so afraid of the nation being made up of people who aren't the same as you?

4 - at least as an atheist I'm arguing for equal treatment of all religions. That's more American than what appears to be your stance.
