only 2,999,978 more to find.

Math is your friend...

Figure there's about 100 or so people that actively post on cbid, and 1 of them knows of at least one case (in this case, 30 votes, but lets assume it's 1).

There's roughly 325,000,000 people in the us.

So if 1 out of every 100 people are in the US know where at least one net vote is, then 325m / 100 = 3.25m.

So I didn't just find 3m, I found 3.25m.

Math is fun.

lol, j/k... anyway, children are counted among those who know someone who is doing shady votes...

So they do count for the 1 out of 100 people because children are people too damn it.

I don't think opel would make it up, I think he really believes it and take him at his word. I'm just jacking around.

Opel if you are so sure and know it to be true, then it should be obvious to anyone investigating it if you call it to their attention. I know I would if I cared enough to use it as justification for other political actions. If I believed things like this are happening and are wide spread enough to effect my political views I would also then believe strongly enough to put a stop (or try to) to what I know is happening in front of me. 30 absentee ballots is a pretty specific and large number.

If something this insidious is happening all over the place see something say something.

I doubt too many people could pull off a scheme like this but it is something that can neither be proven or disproven in here. that was my only point above (albiet not all that serious and part of my general jackassery)

[quote=tailgater]A. I'm glad that over half of America was under the impression that it took the popular vote to win.
B. You make the assumption that everyone who voted for Hillary (winner of the popular vote and the subject to your "bunch of us" comment) is of like mind.
Then you go on to say that those who acted out don't represent you.

You take a lot of loose liberties in your attempts to justify your position.

If I cared, I'd call it a character flaw.

Trump's Electoral victory was narrow, 78,000 votes in three states, the margin to be inaugurated. He won, by the skin of his inplaints. No, WE know from bitter past experience cause Gore beat W. by over half a million popular votes ...bygones.

Everyone who voted for Hillary was of like mind to me.
They too voted for Hillary.

Here's where your point loses steam: I disavowed all violence. Throwing chit, burning chit, hurting people, driving cars in to them is just proof that you're incompetent.
Asimov I think said that. And he's dead.

I've get accused of being loose all the time. But ja can't stop fermones n hormones I say.

So, you don't care enough about me to insult me?

Well, i care about you.

Its not just some random Latina lady, it's my buddy's grandma... if she was ever investigated i doubt she'd be dumb enough to admit it... as for me, i don't care all that much about it...

California votes don't count unless you're liberal anyway... and if conservatives in the state do manage to accomplish something (prop 8) the liberal courts come in and strike it down...

Even the recent push to split California into 3 states is just a ploy by California liberals to make 3 new liberal states... theres a specific reason they took the most conservative part of the state and split it down the middle, throwing one half to each of the largest concentrations of liberals in the state...

I think the hat story is stupid. You're wrong, I would think it was not-worth-real-media-attention even if it were the other way around.

If you don't agree that this is exactly the time for cooler heads to prevail, fine.
Maybe our democracy is at its end. Nobody seems to give a fluck anyway.

I've hated Valentine's Day since the time early in our marriage when I forgot once, and stopped at the florist a block from home and had to pick from a batch of sad leftovers. I sheepishly carried that wilted bouquet in to the house. My wife had slaved all day... a dining table set romantically, roast and veggies in the oven, glasses of wine poured, my fave cake, German chocolate, sitting on the counter, sexy loving Valentine's Day card open at my place setting...we ate in silence ...didn't touch the cake......I slept on the couch...

Don't like German Chocolate cake...since that day...

When a poster aims a joke at him or herself, any response must either:
A. enjoy the humor
or
B. retort with something of superior humor.

Now send SteveS some cigars.

Reminds me of the...joke...of sorts..

Bunch of old old friends know each other's jokes so well that they eventually number them to save time etc.

Sitting around one day Marty suddenly stands up and announces "number 16"

Everyone cracks up.

One friend turns to another and says " it's not so much the joke, it's the way he tells it!"
