You do know those “awards” are just marketing schemes right? There’s no award show ceremony about it, there’s no finalist list, there’s no criteria....it’s literally a “you’ve won” type of letter that comes in the mail...along with an order form for a plaque at a mere $49.99 price tag to it.

My thought would be to ask for pictures of specific products with peoples forums names next to the boxes or something....just an idea

To be honest Raj, I'm sure your a decent guy and I'm sure your supplier out of Maryland is too but we're already pretty well connected with people in and around the cigar industry. Personally I am connected with several reputable dealers here in Texas. We don't do group buys normally and if we do it is for Custom rolls and extremely limited and hard to find stuff.
