So, full transparency, I'm about 8 shot of Patron in and already smoked a cain Daytona. I picked up 10 of these from the mother site because they were about $3 each and had free shipping. But an inch in and it is the best dang $3 cigar I've had in a while. . . .

What say you?

chump edit because I misspelled Patron. . .

It's not bad. I would buy more. Someone's gonna tell you that you overpaid.

I light my cigars with $100 bills. I don't care that someone else could have saved some money. . My time isn't worth all that huntin and peckin and waitin. . .

Yeah, they are nowhere near "new" They've actually gone through a couple of iterations through the years. The old ones were phenomenal. These would be better with a nap, but I've gotten out of the game some and just keeping a short " smoking supply" on hand these days. Mostly this was a drunk, look at me post. So thank you for giving it attention

So I just finished working my way through a 5 pack I think I received maybe 3 months ago?

First was really good, 2nd was *meh*, the rest were closer to the first. I was on a buying hiatus of these after quality went down but I would buy again now (robusto vitola fwiw).

I owe you a stout.....

U don’t owe me chit. A guy can have fun picking and poking without getting bombed...

Oh and mine today was robusto. I think it will make a fantastic beach smoke nest weekend. Beach is always windy so smoking good cigars there is a waste. Wind makes them all not burn right

Yeah that’s one thing they don’t do so well in weather.

I’m slowly working my way through a box from early 2014 (Toros).
They are pretty dang good............but still not as good as the OR.

.
They should be about $1 each, $1.50 at most. They're not bad IF you let them age a long time, dry-box them about 2 days before smoking and you don't smoke them in humid conditions. It also sometimes helps to run tap water over the wrapper (foot-down so no water gets in the foot) then towel dry just before clipping and lighting. Enhances burn characteristics and flavor.

Smoke 'em young, not dryboxed, and/or on a humid or rainy day, though, and they suck.

Yeah, the 2012 OR were pretty amazing. I should've bought 10-20 boxes then, before they dumbed down the blend, and aged 'em all.

You light your 3 dollar cigars with hundred dollar bills.
Sounds like quite the plan...

All of Roman Bueso's blends are decent. All are a good buy for around $2.00 per cigar here at CigarBid. The have the nice Olancho Vintage Torpedo on FREE FALL dropping to just under $21.00 per pack of 10. Also have the regular Genesis line Toro dropping to just under $20.00 for a pack of 10. No more $3 per at C.I. please!
