I think it will work out. I had 2 orders this month where 2 wins were not included in the first shipment. I contacted CBID by the aproprriate online contact and they were both sent in my second order.
On the other hand Leo, a customer service rep, said some things on Zoom last night would not be resolved for a month or more. |
