I’ve only had 4 orders this whole year. Three in April, 1 in late May but no issues other than a slight delay in sending out one of them. Decided not to further tempt the hand of fate.

contact cell bomber? how? I have sent 4 emails to customer service and spent over an hour on hold 3 different timeor a service agent that never answered.

Yes, unfortunately they told me you actually have to order something to receive said product. What a scam....

No..........after you “win” the bid, it goes into the Bid Verification process.
If that goes through, you go into the Bid Review process.

Then, they send your cigars.

Placed 5 orders in the last 30 days... in every case had a tracking number within 24 hours and smokes within 3-4 days. Just lucky, I guess...?

I had ONE problem with an order not showing up. It took a month of constant emailing CS before it was straightened out. BUT, they did make good on it...eventually. I’ve started ordering again and, so far, have received the same great service I had before.

I have an order date of 6 Oct. Sent 2 customer service order inquiries( no replies), and spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting on customer service before i hung up. Not sure what else to do about my order.
