Rained pretty hard for a few mile stretch on my way back from San Diego.

Now I'm hearing thunder... huh. Albert Hammond was wrong.
302. Author: delta1Date: Fri, 9/24/2021, 4:13PM EST
we got some serious rain for about 5 minutes here too, a coupla hours ago...

didn't see anything in the weather apps about it...

back to sunny and low 90's, but humid...
303. Author: MACSDate: Fri, 9/24/2021, 4:15PM EST
Tank is not a fan of thunder. He wants to kick its ass!

Barking, tail up, pissed off look on his face and the hair on his back is up... all the way to his tail. Deep chested growls. Like... "C'mon, mutha fugga... come where I can see you!"

I can't stop laughing.

rick try power walking in the pool for a few laps or sit on a kick board and just paddle forward and backwards till you can swim again easily, it will keep your muscle tone up.

I do people for a living. I dont form close relationships with anyone. Anytime I have, I been burned, so I quit trying a long long time ago. I know that's what's considered by most to be key to happiness but I've never found that to be true for me. I'll do anything for anyone I know if they ask but I can't think of anyone to call who would help if I have an issue.

Boy flipped the go-kart. He was fine and out of it but it was still running upside down. I'm yelling to him to turn it off, he's just trying to flip it upright. Then I hear it. Engine locks up hard along with a ton of smoke. Filled cylinder with oil via the valve cover vent to intake manifold and hydrolocked the engine.

That thing didn't last 6 months till he completely killed it. Told him I'm not buying a new engine, he's gotta come up with the money himself. He says he doesn't need a go-kart. So, I'm gonna sell it.

No, Danm. I'm not in the market for a "lightly" used go-kart

I was always excused by the defense...didn't really want to be a juror while I was working, so that was fine by me...

now that I'm retired, I'd like to serve on a jury...but since we moved, the summons have stopped...maybe I'll contact the county jury commissioner's office to let them know I'm available...even so, with my background...

Yep... if you get into the box and the defense finds out you were LE... you're out 9 times outa 10.
