GOP Slams Democrats for Defunding Israel’s Iron Dome: They ‘Capitulate to the Antisemitic Influence’

Republicans slammed Democrats on Tuesday for defunding Israel’s Iron Dome within a government funding bill after several radical Democrats threatened to vote against the funding bill due to signing a resolution this summer to block arms sales to Israel.

The Democrat-controlled Congress must pass a funding bill and also suspend the debt limit within days to stop a government shutdown when current government funds dry up at the end of this month. The measure has little chance of passing the Senate, where Democrats need ten Republican votes.

The removal of the funds for the Iron Dome speaks to the panicked mood of the Democrat leadership over enacting President Joe Biden’s massive tax and spending proposals. Therefore, the White House suggested Tuesday Biden approves of defunding the Iron Dome.

Rep. Jody Hice (R-GA) tweeted the Democrats caved to the radical left just after President Biden promised to help protect Israel from terrorism. “Speaker Pelosi JUST caved to the socialists and yanked funding for Israel’s Iron Dome from the government funding CR bill. Dems can’t even keep a promise for 24 hours,” Hice said.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) tweeted the far-left has shown their true colors by defending Hamas. “The radical left shows their blatant disregard for supporting our ally Israel and Israel’s right to defend itself against Hamas terrorists,” she stated.

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) tweeted that antisemitic influence is controlling the Democrat Party. “While Dems capitulate to the antisemitic influence of their radical members, Republicans will always stand with Israel,” he said.

Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-IA) tweeted that Biden contradicted himself by proclaiming Israel to be an ally while allowing his party to abandon Israel. “President Biden proclaimed to our allies that ‘America is back,’ but since then he has abandoned Americans & allies in Afghanistan, weakened our relationship with France, and now his Party has let down Israel — our closest ally in the Middle East,” he said.

Richard Grenell, former President Donald Trump’s director of national intelligence, tweeted that Democrats are abandoning Israel.

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said Pelosi has capitulated to the far-left, which will further endanger Israel. “This will put Israel in danger & will further embolden countries that wish to see Israel wiped off the face of the Earth,” he tweeted.

America Rising PAC tweeted the Democrats’ decision is consistent with their past treatment of American allies. “Over the past few weeks, Democrats have repeatedly left our closest allies out to dry,” they said.

House Republicans Twitter handle suggested House Democrats prefer Islamic terrorists over Israel. “House Democrats choose radical Islamic terrorists over our ally Israel,” the group said.

Conservative French Presidential Candidate Warns of “Civil War”

Conservative presidential candidate Xavier Bertrand warns that France faces the risk of a “civil war” due its problems with gang violence and uncontrolled mass immigration.

Bertrand is president of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council and is currently polling in third behind President Emmanuel Macron and Marine Le Pen ahead of the national election, which will take place in April next year.

“There is today a real risk of civil war,” Bertrand told the Grand Jury program, adding, “The president of the Republic must do everything to avoid it, and this requires above all the end of crimes not being punished. Any sanction must result in a sentence at the end.”

More specifically, Bertrand was referring to violent crime problems plaguing the outskirts of major cities, where immigrants have settled in radicalized ghettos and refused to integrate.

In response to the killing of criminals who become involved in violent confrontations with police, urban riots have become a routine occurrence in cities like Paris and Lyon.

“You have gangs, gangs fighting with Kalashnikovs; wouldn’t that be a civil war?” asked Bertrand.

The situation has become so unstable that some commentators, including Bertrand’s presidential rival Eric Zemmour, have called for such areas to be “re-conquered by force.”

Such ghettos have also been exploited by terrorists, including Salah Abdeslam, one of the Paris massacre jihadists, who hopped over the border to Brussels, Belgium and was able to hide out in the Islamic ghetto of Molenbeek for 4 months before being caught.

A poll taken back in April found that the majority of French citizens thought some form of “civil war” was likely as a result of failed multiculturalism and attacks on French identity.

The poll was prompted by a letter that was signed by 1,000 military servicemembers, including 20 retired generals, warning President Macron of “several deadly dangers” threatening France, including “Islamism and the hordes of the banlieue,” a reference to the fractured suburbs around major cities with high crime and immigrant populations.

While French authorities dismissed the warning as the work of right-wing extremists, National Rally leader Marine Le Pen asserted that the letter should be taken seriously.

OK, I with the left, but not for the same reasons. Like them, I'm against welfare checks to Israel, but I'm against foreign aid to everybody. The left has no morality or fundamental principles to guide them because they are at their roots...evil.
How else could you explain why they would be in favor of foreign aid and free weaponry to the Taliban for instance.

Socialism...Multiculturalism...Wokeness...
All the things that leftists believe bring peace and prosperity.Brick wall
It's fitting that France would be the beginning of new civil wars around the globe since that is the birthplace of the modern left.

Two points on this issue that come to mind right now...

1. RayR, are you aware that conditions on our aid to Israel require that the majority of the funding be spent IN THE U.S.A? Meaning Israel has to re-invest the money into Raytheon, Hughes, Boeing, etc...?

2. Republicans are (according to what I have read) planning to introduce a single issue bill to re-fund this, meaning that no Democrat will be able to hide behind "I didn't like other parts of the bill, so I voted against it"... I think single-issue bills needs to make a serious comeback in Congress. No more of the massive 4000 page bills full of Franking shyt.
5. Author: RayRDate: Wed, 9/22/2021, 11:40AM EST
Yes Stogie, I am aware of the requirement to re-invest stolen loot for products made by domestic corporations. That just makes "foreign aid" just another name for "corporate welfare"
I've not seen any evidence that most Republican or Democrat politicians have been principally opposed to corporate welfare, their test for opposition or not depends on who is the recipient of the corporate welfare, therefore which corporation fills their campaign coffers the best and increases the personal wealth of themselves and their friends and family.
So whether you call it "foreign aid", "corporate welfare" or some high-sounding euphemism makes no difference, it is one of the main roots of political corruption and it is just more morally reprehensible wealth redistribution by political means.

The aid package just says "spend in US". not spend 18% at Raytheon, 12% at Hughes, etc. so politicians approving the foreign aid have no idea how the money will be spent, no?

That's where we disagree DG, one unconstitutional foreign intervention begets another unconstitutional foreign intervention, the Congress criminials fund practically every chithole country, even enemies of Israel. and before you know it our soldiers are told to fight in another chit war that U.S. foreign policy made possible.
If you want to help the Israeli government for some reason or the Israeli people, try crowdfunding instead of socialism funding.

Well there you go, Strinkin Blinken layed it all out. They're laundering that $235 million in funny money through the socialist U.N. to the Palestinians oligarchs. They say for humanitarian assistance for the Palestinian people, economic and development assistance, and even $10 million for peace-building programs whatever that's supposed to be. Ya right! Tell us another fairy tale Lyin Stinkin Blinken.Liar

How much of that loot do you you think will go to buy some of that U.S. Military surplus that the Biden admin graciously donated to the Taliban? Maybe the Palestinian dicktators will buy some of Hunter's paintings for $500K apiece to show their appreciation to the Biden Crime Family and the DNC too. They might need some new rides also like some more armored limousines. Israel has a whole fleet of them, benefits of foreign aid. The Palestinian ruling class has gotta keep up with the Joneses next door you know. It's all about fairness and equity the left always says!

Paris has become a so called...

S.H.I.T.H.O.L.E.

PEOPLE , I.E. IMMIGRANTS from Africa sleep in the center medians and side walks all over Paris...at least the Muslims sleep in overcrowded slum buildings...

If I went to Paris ? I would hire a security guard and be in and out of that dump in 3-4 days after visiting all the art museums and eating at best restaurants...

Then hit the winery's and small towns, maybe the NorMandy coast then... end up in VALLAuriS , FRAnCE where Picasso made all his ceramic pieces and hang there for an entire week ( it's right directly next to Cannes on the Mediterranean coast and hotels are cheaper than in Cannes)

The question is...Israel has a weapons industry so why can't Israel pay for its own sh*t? Everybody wants to be the welfare queen and make the American people who pay da taxes and suffer the inflation the suckers.

It already is for aid to Israel.

Also, The US pays for the R+D, then Israel has US companies produce the actual weapons for them.
Currently Boeing is making 40-50% of the Arrow III missles for Israel, and Raytheon is the mass producer of the Tamir missle used in the Iron Dome batteries.

We pay them to R+D, they then use our manufacturing base to produce.
