Hard to believe the first time I saw him (2003) he came in asking for my local to give his new cigars some shelf space. He was driving a rental car with boxes of samples in the trunk. When he left Vartan (the owner) said he liked Pete because he was "a nice young man with good manners". He has done well for himself.
