15 to 25 billion dollar shortfall.

"It wouldn't surprise me that this budget deficit, depending on a recession, would get to 50 to 100 billion dollars."

Siyamak sits down with Scott Baugh, former California State Representative and assembly republican leader.

California could be looking at a 25 billion dollar budget deficit in the coming fiscal year. What caused the state to experience a potential deficit after having a huge surplus the past two years? Will services be cut? Or will we pay higher taxes?

Someone will be along shortly to tell you how well CA is run, and that it's no big deal that the liberal policies have caused so many people and companies to leave CA for greener pastures.

Me? I just hope the dbags don't mess with the CalPers retirements. I don't want to go back to work!

15 to 25 billion dollar shortfall? Pfffft...Wait till they get to trillions, then you are talking real money.

Just wait until they have to pay reparations. They’re gonna need to raise even more taxes and fees.

No worries, all good, Gubernor Newsome said California is the “true freedom state.” Confused

CA should just charge a little bit more for gasoline to make up the difference...

It was a bright cold day in April, and the clocks were striking thirteen.

Is "Freedom is Slavery" the new California motto? Eh?

They might have to fight New York for that one.

Gutfeld: This hypocrite is begging taxpayers she once mocked to come back

'Gutfeld!' panelists reacts to Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-N.Y., vowing to make New York safer as Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., declaring Florida as the state where 'woke goes to die.'

Um... does this mean Cali folks won't be able to pay their fair share of the $30 trillion US debt?

Upcoming bailout by the rest of the country?

I think raising taxes would be the best idea….

I fully support California raising taxes again.

That's what Gubernor Newsome would say...More Taxes = More Freedom

Why it seems like just yesterday they were talking about issuing rebates.

I'm shocked they got it so wrong. Shocked I say

I never got one of those rebates even though I was eligible.

If enough people leave, maybe they'll have enough money to govern the rest

When you file your last California return they'll count it as income and demand it be paid back..

When we left in 1976 I NEVER wanted to go back. Military sent me for desert training at Ft Irwin in the 80's and GM would fly me there at least 5 times a year in the mid to late 90's. I kept saying that each visit was going to be my last.

I would like to take my wife there though. Griffith's Observatory and museum, Redwood forest, sit on a bench in Carmel By The Sea and take that all in again, Stop somewhere in the Mojave and watch the sun go down and take in all the stars, watch the sun go down from Catalina Island and one she'd really love...to visit the mission in San Juan Capistrano when the swallows return. Just to show her the spots that left it's mark on me and why California used to be a wonderful place to live.

I really don't want to go, but to see it through her eyes would be nice.

You don't want to go there now, I heard on the news this morning that California is under a major attack by Climate Change.

They are having a climate whiplash experience. Hot’s getting a lot hotter, dry’s getting a lot drier, and wet is getting a lot wetter, as well.

Prolly gonna need a new tax to fix it.

The state, itself, is gorgeous. The weather is probably some of the best you'll find year round. The fishing is great.

The state has been run very poorly for too many years. The dem majority has passed too many laws that benefit criminals and homelessness policies have made the problem worse. Feel good does not equal DO good.

I was just thinking, Gavin Newsome should put LeBron James in charge of this crisis.
