That was a lucky weekend of pics. You could think that I spend hours researching but you would be wrong. Pure unadulterated luck. As simple as that.

The spread does cause some interesting results

I’mma not here to defend Prime or to change anyone’s mind but given the state of college football (…NIL, transfer portal, conference jumping, etc….), to me, he’s sort of a breath of fresh air. Fo’ sure his methods are a F*#K YOU to the NCAA, it’s archaic rules and now, total f*#k up of what’s happening in their sport. Deion didn’t go through the “normal” b.s. of the coaching ladder (i.e., lowly paid grad assistant, position coach, coordinator, l-o-n-g hours in the facility, etc….) before becoming a head coach so that again goes against the grain. The way he used the transfer portal to rebuild his program has to have alarmed many (…but they’re probably mad that they didn’t think of that sooner…).

I wasn’t a fan of Deion during his playing days in the NFL and MLB but respected the h-e-l-l out of the player / athlete. He TALKED but WALKED the talk and then some. He’s certainly in the discussion of all-time greatest athlete. Nonetheless, I lost track of him and didn’t pay much attention to his Jacksonville State success but the more interviews I saw, the more I started to warm up to him.

I’ll probably never say I’mma Deion fan but because of the sudden interest in what’s happening in Colorado, I’ve actually been watching college games this year. Definitely much more than any year in recent history.

So yah, fo’ sure I’ll be tuning in to see what happens in the Oregon game but won’t necessarily be heartbroken if the Buffaloes lose nor sky-high happy iffin’ they win. A good, down-to-the-wire battle is what I’ll be rooting for.

How ‘bout that Hawaii boy, Dillon Gabriel!?!?

Listed at 5’ 11”, iffin’ he were a couple, mebbe 3 inches taller, he’d be in the conversion as a Top-5 QB in the NFL draft.

His success doesn’t come as much of a surprise though. He’s got the bloodline, his Dad, Garrett, won a state championship in h.s. and then at the collegiate level, QB’d two straight whoppings of BYU in ‘89 and ‘90. Ty Detmer was the QB for BYU in both years.

A couple of dudes starting to pull away from the rest of us. I’m keep playing even though looks like I’m steady slipping out of top 3. Never know maybe they’ll take a bye week ha ha!

Brutal day so far for me.

Yeah these guy’s at the top 3 are steading gaining! I’m in 4th place, would need to start getting 15,16 points a week and hope they only get 10 points. Unfortunately, its been the other way around ha ha!

Only a few weeks left so I'll post the format at which we'll do the top 3 spots and if things go as they did last year we'll adjust for ties and such if need be.
