Ray;
Good little reference site. I am typically an agressive smoker. I do let a cigar rest a bit longer if it seems to want to burn uneven. I have had the tunneling problem, noticed it right off and did everything possible to stop it. Nothing worked, heck I was so disgusted I cut off ahead of the burn and relit it. Same deal.
A smoking buddy of mine had the same problem with the same type of cigar, he is a non-agressive well seasoned smoker. The two smokes were purchased different times/places.
Another reason could be rushed production to meet demand. Easiest way to shorten production availibility I think, is to reduce post construction aging.
Not arguing just adding. I believe (hope) my problems will be remedied with the humi time I am giving.
Again, good post and link - BUD
