So did someone complain about MACS this time? I haven't found anything that would instigate a normal time-out. My only assumption is that either 1) there is a thread that got really ugly and then pulled; or 2) that MACS was less than sweet to a poster (we can guess who) and they decided to go and complain to steve.

That's why I'm a bit confused. Seems the issues were not last night, but a bit ago. And lacked the normal fireworks and "f-bombs" that precede a normal time-out.

My only assumption can be that the poster in question decided to lodge a formal complaint that MACS was being a doody head.

Of course, if the poster in question was pointing out that they were here under a second username, SvenR should also ban that second username.

I'd guess therein lied the offense(s) alluded to only generally here. I confess I didn't follow that thread much after the first couple of posts on it. Just didn't interest me. As a result, I have no idea how far it spun.

I am sorry to see that macs has been banned, it wasn't my wish and Steve can confirm it wasn't at my request. I've had no communications with he Cbid staff.

My health giving me a little break, I stopped in to read posts from old friends and posted a couple on the C&R forum. They were humorus posts about cigars. I had stopped using the tuckersdad name a long time ago right after we lost our beloved Boxer. Losing him nearly killed us, and I decided I couldn't use the name any longer. The name was changed on the few forums I can visit occasionally. Since I hadn't been here in a long time I wasn't aware that multiple screen names had been banned. People used to have multiple screen names for fun back when I was posting. I didn't care to go into Tucker's death and why the name change, and know my change would be a violation.

I was surprised when macs called me out, and those who read the threads, three altogether, saw that I never responded to his 'statements'. And those who read the threads also know that there was no attempt to harm or get anything from anyone, I just discussed cigars. I was surprised that mac's thread was pulled, and wish it hadn't been - readers would see what I'm saying.

It is what it is.
