I had one shipment that was screwed up: A mixed sampler that did not include the same cigars I bid on. I emailed customer service and got a reply from Trish. She accepted responsibility for the goof and offered to make it right if I sent the item back. I didn't care about that because it was a sampler. I just wanted them to know it wasn't what I expected. I've never received a damaged shipment. I've also emailed CB when a lot description didn't match the item listed or displayed, which doesn't happen much, and always get a nice "thank you" back. All in all I don't get my smokes any place else. I can usually find something I'm willing to bid on each day. I've got my favorites, of course, and hate to lose out on them. But I know the same lot will come along again in a week or so. I think more cigar enthusiasts will find that auction is the way to get their cigars. And that'll be good for CB and its customers -- at least after the bidding frees itself from published prices.
