I have been spending a small fortune on this site in exchange for some fantastic cigars. I have never had a problem and all deliveries have been prompt and all cigars have been in great shape. In my last order, I received a box of cigars and several 5 packs. In one of the 5 packs 3 cigars were damaged, probably by the the box of cigars within the boxed package and UPS. I e-mailed CB and within 2 days I received a call from Trish. CB was out of the Cuesta Rey's #9 but offered a replacement of my choice. Now that's custumer service. I have order well over 1,000 cigars from this site and all have been fantastic. I am a very satisfied custumer who wants others to know the kind of sevice CB and CI gives.

I would have to totally agree, i got a package of beat up cigars and they replaced them for me, that is what keeps us coming back, beside the great prices.

my current order is for 234 cigars of various shapes and sizes. they usually come pretty much crushed or dried out or the wrong cigars. i don't know who trish is, but whenever i call i end up talking to some guy named tony, probably different guys that use the same name. the last tony put me on hold so when i called back in i got a different tony and had to start all over. i got no answer that satisfied me other than something like "what do you expect for these prices." i guess he is right because i have ordered more.

I had one shipment that was screwed up: A mixed sampler that did not include the same cigars I bid on. I emailed customer service and got a reply from Trish. She accepted responsibility for the goof and offered to make it right if I sent the item back. I didn't care about that because it was a sampler. I just wanted them to know it wasn't what I expected. I've never received a damaged shipment. I've also emailed CB when a lot description didn't match the item listed or displayed, which doesn't happen much, and always get a nice "thank you" back. All in all I don't get my smokes any place else. I can usually find something I'm willing to bid on each day. I've got my favorites, of course, and hate to lose out on them. But I know the same lot will come along again in a week or so. I think more cigar enthusiasts will find that auction is the way to get their cigars. And that'll be good for CB and its customers -- at least after the bidding frees itself from published prices.

I have had great luck with customer service. I received the correct brand, but the wrong shape. I was told to keep the wrong ones at no charge and was sent the correct ones. You can't beat that.
