The other day, I messed-up on a bid. My fault. Didn't read the red print! Called Cigars Int'l. They couldn't change my error so I blew smoke of the phone.

I must confess that Cigars Int'l stayed with me even through my venting. After I got to my senses, I called back to own up. I was told that type of venting happens every now and then. So, I must commend Trish & Company for hanging in there like professionals. They stayed in a dialog with me even when I would have hung up on me!

All my bids were fine. The problem was that I that I was already transferred over to "weekly" from "daily" shipping when it hadn't taken effect yet. Hence, I am receiving four bids on three shipments! One of them was for a 5 pack. Another shipment was for two of the 5 packs !! (I'm OK that the third shipment was for a box.) However, paying that $3.95 for 5 cigars is - - - well, it's my oversight.
