Damndest thing. The draw was tight, so I used the perfec draw to loosen it up. It was still tight, but ok. Bout the time I started the final third, I set it down and heard a "plink" in the ashtray. A flat piece of something about 1/3 the size of a dime had dropped out of the ash into the ashtray. I thought maybe it was unburned tabaco, but nope. Seemed too light to be a rock, but I couldn't break it with my fingers. That's a first for me. Draw improved though.

And, nothing to apologize for Stogie. It actually smoked ok even with the rock or whatever in it. Draw was tight but acceptable. I like those, and if you have any more with rocks in them, I'll take them off your hands.

No. I washed it off to get the soot off, but it was just black. I can barely scratch it a little with my fingernail, but still can't break it. I thought it might be a hardened piece of charcoal, but it seems like that would be more brittle.
