58221 (I believe is the correct number) Davidoff Millenium robusto turbo. I don't remember how I got this one, it's been in the humidor for at least a few years and I know I didn't buy it from a shpo, so maybe a few years in someone else prior.

It's good. But no way is it $22 good. No cigar is. Spose the packaging adds $5 would be fair. But it's a $12 cigar in a REALLY nice tube.

On 2nd thought, probably some repeats there. I'll scale back to an even 1k.

Inspired by Clint when he first posted a count of the different cigars he had smoked up until that point in time, I went back and counted all the different cigars I had smoked last year and came up with a paltry 301 different, 397 total.

Pretty sure Clint smoked more than that in 6 months (...or less...). Gonz

58224 - Camacho American Barrel aged. On the pre-light draw now that they've been resting awhile, I can pickup a hint of barrel. It smoked very nicely actually.

Oh yeah. But that $238 pricing puts them up there with Anejos. Right now, having "torched" my cigar budget, that's not happening. :D

545 different smokes by year end. Count started on June 1st. If I had to guess there were probably only 60-80 duplicate smokes so would put it around 600ish for 7 months. Herfing

I do enjoy the Diesel unlimited (especially when you can win a cheap bid) and the wicked, none of the others.
The Reconquista is also nice, just bombed a buddy a couple.

Eventually! They get nice, eventually. The one I smoked today was way better than when I got them last spring. I would say 6 months is a minimum, a year is probably going to be way better. I've buried the rest of mine and put them on the calendar as an annual.

I would not buy them at street pricing. A deal on CBID, knowing they're going to need a long nap, yep. But that would be the extent of it.

Jrc02005 (your inbox is full!) I'd give that one I sent you at least 6 months. I really think time is on our side with these.

That’s a bummer. I like the Serie A.

Which vitola did you smoke? I’ve had the Robusto and Perlas and enjoyed both. Both start out with some creaminess in the 1/3 then some spice kicks up in the 2/3 and goes back to some creaminess again in the last third.

Understood, but don't think that OSU would have beaten LSU either Think

LFD are in my top five smokes. Thanks again!

I suspect my unique count will dwindle significantly as compared to the first 7 months. I've kind of honed in on what I like so my buying has decreased and I have PLENTY of what I do like. Hell I have 30-40 purchased currently that I still have not tried lol.

Fixed it for you NOOB! d'oh!

58256 - La Gloria Cubana Serie R Black. Horrible. Fought it for about a 1/3 and chucked it.
58257 - Arturo Fuente 8-5-8 Sun Grown courtesy of DeadEyeDick's noob blind trade smackdown. It restored my faith in cigars. BigGrin (And reinforced my belief that it's not worth paying twice the box msrp for the rosado's) I'm glad I got a box of these stashed! ThumpUp
