Off today to get my cast removed. After what has been a very long summer I am going to finally get rid of this friggin thing.
I know I will not be running any marathons but at least I won't be sleeping in a fiberglass ski boot.

Wait'll you see the atrophy. My cast was on for a couple weeks and my left calf got smaller than my right in that short time. It's almost back to normal, but my farking foot is still hurting.

I noticed the atrophy more and more with each cast. The cast will be gone and I am sure so will be the muscles.
